CIEE has launched a new Work & Travel USA Access Scholarship initiative that calls upon our network of valued International Representatives offering the Work & Travel USA program the opportunity to nominate two outstanding candidates from underserved populations abroad who would not otherwise have access to the program due to financial limitations. Access Scholars will also demonstrate an eagerness to develop their roles as global citizens and make a positive impact in their local communities.
Along with this direct scholarship program offering, we challenge our International Representatives to find ways to offer support to underserved populations through their own resources and initiatives. We know that our agents are aligned with our mission of increasing diversity and we look forward to announcing and sharing their successes.
CIEE is committed to our mission of increasing program diversity and finding ways to include participants from underserved populations and this new Access Scholarship program for CIEE representatives will help us to expand our positive global impact. Through the CIEE Access Scholarship program we hope to make a lasting positive impact for scholarship recipients, their U.S. host communities, and their home communities abroad for years to come.
If you are a CIEE Work & Travel USA International Representative who plans to submit CIEE Access Scholarship nominations, please note CIEE nominations must be submitted no later than January 15th, 2018. If you have any questions, please reach out to your International Sales Consultant right away for more information.
